Angry Birds over 1 billion (with video)

According to Rovio, the Angry Birds series has already produced more than 1 billion downloads. This year alone, the number of downloads will reach 350 million.

The company has achieved truly amazing results. The latest episode of Angry Birds has been downloaded by 35 million people in 50 days, making it the fastest growing mobile game. The 10 million mark was conquered within three days. Rovio’s dairy cow brought $ 106 million to the kitchen last year. 

The user base could kick in at roughly 200 million. 

All indications are that the now-world-wide Angry Birds hysteria is far from fading.
