Shuttle XS3510MA - my dream come true

We can say that I am HTPC addicted. I’ve built this for a lot of people, so I also have some insight into the subject. What are the features of a good home theater computer? On the one hand, there are the features that are true for all such machines, and then there are the ones that are dictated by the needs of the user.

It is common for it to work as quietly as possible. It doesn’t hurt to consume little, and it doesn’t hurt if it’s not the size of a two-door closet. Then there’s the external problem, as we want to put this machine in the living room next to or under the TV, in short, a place where it will be in mind.

These requirements are not easy to meet and the cornerstone of the decision will be the choice of house. In essence, it is already decided here whether we will have a good machine or not, as the house must look good, the sound insulation must be good, all the hardware must have access to it, and we must also find space for a sufficient number of fans, as such a machine cannot come in handy. it is a propeller with a speed higher than 800, and a couple of it is needed to ventilate the cottage. So it's not easy.

Then of course there are the individual needs, I mean the question of what we want to use the machine for. Because this decision also greatly affects the range of hardware to buy. If you want to play, you need a strong machine, but you need a strong proci and VGA, that is, the house will be large and the components will be warm. If you are content with multimedia, that is, watching a movie, listening to music, you can also save on size and cost.

Now you are slowly rightly asking the question, why am I telling so much once Shuttle I want to introduce a machine. The question could be legitimate, but somehow I had to show how easy it is not to put together a good HTPC, and I also have to show how sharply the use of Shuttle contrasts with that.
