GeIL: The DDR2 black army has arrived

GeIL’s latest DDR2 memory family is called the Black Dragon Evo One.

The fact that DDR2 memories are still very marketable and, in fact, perhaps more popular than before, is no better proof that manufacturers are launching high-clocked models with special cooling. This time, thanks to GeIL, the modules are available in pairs or packs of four.

Launched in 12 packages, the Black Dragon Evo One memories will have a lifetime warranty on the shelves of computer stores.

 

Most of the heat generated by the DDR2 chips spread over the eight-layer printed circuit escapes through the "window" formed on the ribs, the heat transfer process is perfectly illustrated in the picture below.
