DJI is a highly market leader in the semi-professional camera platform market, we love it, it just wouldn’t be so damn expensive!

According to recent rumors, a new DJI drone named DJI Mavic Mini may be introduced on October 30 at baptism. We note it will be time for the show because since the second generation of DJI Air and then Mavic (Zoom, Pro) we haven’t received anything interesting from the company, at least on the drones front. Of course there was an action camera tutorial here, the DJI Osmo Action (I’ve been using this since the summer, an incredibly good piece).

According to recent news, DJI is launching a new drone, the DJI Mavic Mini. This machine will be somewhere halfway between DJI Spark and DJI Mavic Air, or maybe imagined as a combination of the two. So far, only a few details of the bird have been revealed, but these are encouraging. One is that it will be similar in size to the Spark, but in contrast, it will get foldable arms. The other is that it gets a 12-megapixel camera that will be able to record at 4 frames at 30K resolution, and the third is that it will be able to stay in the air for 18 minutes on a single charge.

The Mavic Mini was already rumored in August, when a new Chinese drone was believed to be discovered in a Chinese patent registration. Now, a document submitted to the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) appears to include a new DJI machine. If this is true, the new four-propeller is expected to arrive in the U.S. in late October. What we haven't talked about so far is the price. If the rumors are true, the DJI MAvic Mini will start at a pretty low price, with sparrows chirping from $ 399. It should be added, this is the starting price, which is expected to fall even later. If we look at the fact that DJI Spark started in the Stations at that time with a price tag of $ 499, it is already understandable what the big anticipation is. If this price is real, the DJI Mavic Mini is guaranteed to clear the Christmas drone market!
