Windows Vista isn't running the way I want it to. According to Ballmer, this can be attributed to software pirates.
Ballmer admitted before financial analysts that preliminary expectations were exaggerated, too optimistic, but said the reason was due to pirates in China, India, Brazil and Russia flooding the market with copies.
The solution, he said, is to curb piracy, he promised to take action on the matter later this year. He also mentioned the need to provide a stronger incentive for users to buy legal copies, and a good way to do this could be to increase the benefits for genuine Windows users.
So pirates be afraid, Microsoft is coming this year and it will suck you hard!
