The Alfawise MB05 F1.4 tachograph camera is practical and cheap

Alfawise’s new camera is tiny, weighs just 72 grams, and is mounted with double-sided adhesive on the inside of the windshield, preferably behind the center mirror. Based on the attached test recording, there will be no complaint about the quality. The built-in Sony Exmor IMX323 sensor is good, the Novatek 96658 is more of a strong medium for image processing. Nevertheless, based on the recording, the quality is convincing, the camera knows so much that the license plates can be read even at night. The resolution can be of two types, FHD i.e. 1920 x 1080 or HD i.e. 1280 x 720 pixels. The number of recorded frames is 30 or 60 per second depending on the resolution.
The camera has a 170-degree lens anyway, so you can see everything in front of the car. That's why it's worth mounting in the middle, so you don't miss any important details. The battery built into the camera has a capacity of 140 mAh, which is not too steep. The manufacturer has defined the operating time as follows: Long time. Thank you Emese! So the bottom line is that while the camera looks good, it doesn’t hurt to take the trouble and build up the power supply, which of course isn’t usually a very complicated task with a rubber tire.
As usual, the price remained at the end. In the introductory campaign, which started today and runs until September 30, you can buy it for up to $ 43, or under 12 forints, if you are in it at 11 am or in the first 5 customers of the day. If you are not lucky, the price of the camera is 48 dollars, which is a little more than 13 thousand forints. At a price difference like this, I wouldn’t be excited if I didn’t fit into the top five, but it’s worth a try!
