Valve's new patch is designed to speed up game speed.
A game called Portal may sound familiar to almost everyone, as the software has been a huge success worldwide, aided by the action, which was available for free download until May 24th. It’s been three years since its release, but that doesn’t matter, as Valve has released a new wound patch for the game.
The new patch, which of course can only be downloaded on Steam, will improve the speed of the game. They also eliminated a freezing problem and hammered out a bit about the sounds. By definition, an active Steam account and a purchased Portal instance are required to arm the patch. Complete list of changes here readable.
Update: after the Portal, Half-Life 2, Episode One, and Episode Two also received the wound patch, which, among other things, improves graphics quality for the first two. For a complete list of changes ide let's click!
