BIOSTAR has introduced a cheaper Intel Core i7 compatible card

Az To ASRock, and the To Foxconn similarly, BIOSTAR has also made Intel Core i7 compatible product cheaper version. In the case of the T-POWER X58A, three factors are designed to reduce production costs: on the one hand, bridge cooling deprived of heat pipes can be immediately noticeable, and on the other hand, the FireWire connector and one of the gigabit network controllers have been removed. The other features of the motherboard have not changed: the six memory slots, which receive 2000/1600/1333 MHz DDR3 type modules, rest in the vicinity of the Socket 1366, the PCI Express 2.0 x16, PCIe x1 and PCI standard busbars 3, 1, and 2 are present, the integrated audio is, of course, eight-channel here, as well as six SATA-II, two eSATA and one IDE ports.
