There will be no slider in the Xiaomi Mi MIX 4?

There may be about a month left until the introduction, with speculation leaning a thousand out of the net.

Several times, full specifications appeared on several pages, in which everything from the cameras to the central unit is different. Of course, everyone expects that the Snapdragon 855+ will be included, that there will be a 180 megapixel camera, and if it is, then we will get at least 128 GB of storage space to store our big pictures. I'm still skeptical, in fact, I think I'd be more happy with a "traditional double rear camera, say twice with 16 megapixels, maybe an 8 megapixel wide-angle camera can be added as a third one.

It remains a riddle that the selfie camera will be resolved. Almost everyone agrees that neither drop-shaped nor larger notch will be on the display, but that you will be left with the slider, possibly the pop-up camera coming here we don’t even know. The basis for the current conjecture is that Lei Jun praised the design of the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 in a Weibo post, specifically writing that the form stood the test of time. For this reason, many are of the opinion that the MIX 4 will be a phone similar to the MIX 2 or 2S, respectively. For my part, I would support the idea, I have never had a nicer phone than the MIX 2.

Of course, the question remains where the front camera will be. I have read news that it gets behind the front glass, but I strongly doubt that, at least 1, but I prefer not to expect such a solution from any manufacturer before a year and a half. You may have remembered that the sensors and camera were placed in a slightly thicker frame than the MIX 2. I didn’t like that, the phone had to be rotated all the time, plus, I don’t think it’s conceivable these days to sacrifice total framelessness. So, if there is no slider and no built-in camera, a periscope protruding from the frame will remain. Or something completely different…
