Very good news from ASRock!

Very good news from ASRock!

For our part, we didn’t think motherboards based on the Intel H310 chipset would support 9th generation Core processors.

Very good news from ASRock!

ASRock “unveiled” practically two things in one easy moment; Intel’s 8-core CPUs are indeed coming, and it also turned out that cheaper 300-series motherboards will also support the novelties. It seems that the larger processor manufacturer does not underestimate the Ryzen 2000 series, so in a short time we can witness three “unusual” but all the more pleasant phenomena.

  1. The two major manufacturers are moving to the same number of cores - which, in our view, will help spread multi-threaded programs.
  2. A family of motherboards already on the market supports the next generation of processors.
  3. Intel is again soldering the IHS (Integrated Heat-Spreader) to the chip, at least for the Core i7 and i9.

By the way, the sticker on the motherboard box will also be worth following in the sense that where we see “8 Core CPU Support”, there is no need to bother with the BIOS update - this is obviously important if the new configuration is immediately 9. we want to bring it to life with a next-generation Core processor.

In light of the above, we think it is clear that this sticker will be on the B360 motherboards as well.
