Mobvoi TicKasa - got a very strong challenge for the Xiaomi BIP smartphone
Well, not at a price, because as they say, you can't build a castle from here.
The Xiaomi BIP is a pretty old-fashioned model, has received some updates over the years, and has been released with slightly modified names as well, but the basic concept hasn’t changed. It looks good, not too big, and is the cheapest one that has a GPS module.
These are qualities we haven’t found in other Xiaomi watches, which is why BIP, to this day, is a success.

Now a watch has taken the stage that not only approaches but also leaves BIP in certain abilities. The Mobvoi TicKasa has the same square shape and GPS in the same way, but it supports 14 sports, including swimming. This also means that we get serious water resistance, which makes the new watch usable up to a pressure of 5 atmospheres.
Among the sports we find the usual and, say, expected sports, but in addition to running, cycling, walking, climbing and swimming, there are also specialties such as skiing, yoga or cricket.
In health measurements, he didn’t try to dazzle us with, say, an ECG, he stayed with well-proven and relatively accurate things like heart rate measurement, but he got extras like breathing aids. Of course, this does not mean that it can be used as a ventilator, just that it helps to find the pace that is most optimal for our exhalation and inhalation at the moment, for example, during or after sports.
Finally, a few words about hardware. The Mobvoi TicKasa has been given a 210 mAh battery that we can fully charge in two hours. On a single charge, it works for one week under normal use and the standby time is 45 days. Unfortunately, GPS operation is much shorter, but this is also the case with other watches. While exercising, you can continuously monitor our activity and distance traveled for 10 hours with GPS turned on.
The clock display, as shown in the pictures, is 1,3 inches diagonally. Control is via a push button on the side and, of course, a touch screen.
