What can a 60 robot vacuum cleaner do today - Liectroux C30B test
Of course, everyone wants the best. Wash up, recognize and don't spread dog poop, don't fall down the stairs, don't have to empty a dust container. I understand it, I want that too, but there are cases when this knowledge is unnecessary, because I just want the floor of my office to be clean when I start work.
Those who follow my work know that my long-awaited office was finally completed at the end of this summer. I have a lot of work to do in order to finally be able to work in a place where there is a lot of light, good air, and everything available to work quickly and efficiently.
Well, for this office, I wanted a simple, cheap, durable vacuum cleaner for myself, one that I can start every night after work, and when I'm already having dinner or staring blankly at the TV after the usual 12-hour shift, it will clean for me.
This is how I chose the Liectroux C30B, which on paper knew what I expected from it and didn't cost much.

Okay, but what did I want?
- First of all, high suction power so that vacuuming is efficient. I work with quite a lot of stuff, I unpack a lot of all kinds of things, sometimes I laser engrave or cut things, so there is always dirt on the floor, sometimes not a lot.
I'll be honest, I'm lazy, I also tend to sweep everything from the tables to the floor, especially since I don't have to vacuum at the end of the day.
- Make cleaning efficient. The minimum in this case is to have both a side brush and a roller brush, but the Liectroux C30B has added a shovel to this as well, because it has two side brushes and, of course, a roller brush as well.
- Make sure the dust container is big. I didn't want an expensive machine with a self-draining dock, it would have been unnecessary, but I also didn't want to have to empty the tank every day.
- There should also be a MOP, because sometimes it doesn't hurt to wet mop the floor to remove dust.
- Make it an application! I have to qualify this to the extent that mapping is not essential for me, but it is more so that I can look at the operation of the vacuum cleaner. In the first days, I didn't install the app yet, and it happened that in the morning the machine was waiting in the middle of the office with a swallowed USB cable in its stomach. The office was not cleaned. I asked him what he was thinking, but he didn't even move the stick of his ear (perhaps because he doesn't have ears), and he was only willing to go back to his place when I took out the coiled cable. So it's good to see that the work is going well.
That's about it. I am not demanding, and I am well aware that what I wanted is more than enough for many people with a smaller apartment.
Well, what can the Liectroux C30B do on paper?
The battery has a capacity of 2500 mAh, according to the factory data, the operating time is 1 hour and 40 minutes with one charge. Since there is no laser in this robot, it cannot be expected that the route planning will be as efficient as with a laser machine, which also means that it will be able to clean a smaller area within a given time. For me, 1 hour and 40 minutes is plenty, but I think that it can also be sufficient for a smaller apartment, say 50-60 square meters, if there are not many mazes in it.
It is important that, although the machine is low-end, it competes with the top-end in terms of suction power, because the suction power is 6000 Pa. This was really an important aspect for me when choosing, the strong suction power was much more important to me than the dead-on map creation.
The dust container is quite large, 0,6 liters, as I wrote, this was also an important aspect for me. My office is not very big, so for me this means emptying the dust container once a week. Good enough!
You can also wipe it up, although the water tank is not very large, 0,35 liters. It's really just a MOP that uses very little water to remove dust from the floor that may remain after vacuuming.
As I wrote, there is no laser, but there is a mapping function, even if it is not very spectacular. The machine has gyroscope and infrared sensors for orientation. The latter also prevent it from rolling down the stairs. There is also a collision sensor at the front, but there are no other sensors.
The temperature range in which, according to the manufacturer, the machine remains operational is very interesting. Temperatures between minus 10 and plus 45 degrees were given. In other words, it can also be used below freezing, which may sound strange, but it may still have some significance for this machine.
Let's look at the application!
The Tuya Smart app must be downloaded to the machine. I already had this, I have a security camera under it, now the vacuum cleaner is next to it. Since I already have more and more smart home devices from many manufacturers, it was important that the device could be integrated under the Google Home system. The Tuya Smart software can be connected to Google Home, and luckily the vacuum cleaner is also a supported device, so the machine is now an integral part of my Google Home ecosystem.
The program is quite simple anyway. To install, turn on the machine and quickly press the power button twice. After that, Tuya Smart recognized the vacuum cleaner and you can use it.
Compared to a roborock, there are almost no settings on the application interface. Essentially, we have so much to do that we can start cleaning and stop cleaning. We can choose the cleaning method, smart is the basis here, this is the normal cleaning with a robot vacuum cleaner. In addition, we also have the option of spot cleaning, i.e. to perform particularly strong cleaning at one point, the cleaning route can be spiral, but we can also choose a method where the machine goes around the walls.
So, with these cleaning methods, the manufacturer tried to make up for the disadvantages arising from the lack of sensors.
And after the application, there is one more important thing that I haven't mentioned so far, which makes this machine suitable for a fairly large target group. These are older people who either don't want to or can't fiddle with mobile phones.
The fact is that the manufacturer also packed a simple, easy-to-use remote control with the Liectroux C30B. Now that I'm writing these lines, I realize that I have no idea where I put it, it's a good thing that I took a picture of it back then. So the bottom line is that for me and for many of us this is completely unnecessary, but I know well that for others it can be a blessing that you don't have to control it from a phone, it's enough if the owner can operate a few buttons on the included remote control.
We quickly got to the point of what it's like to clean with the machine!
Well, I can't really report anything interesting. Since there is no laser, the mapping is a little inaccurate, and the graphics on the phone's display are not that nice either, but as I wrote, it doesn't bother me at all, and I didn't expect it to be. For me, this mapping is just an extra ability that I don't even use.
Although there is no obstacle detection or laser, the algorithm written for movement is quite efficient. Understand that the machine does not get stuck even in the most complicated situations, it always fights its way out of everything. Let's say it's worth wrapping it up before cleaning, because it will eat the cables, and if a tall object, such as a rolling pin, comes in front of it, in which the collision sensor doesn't get stuck, it will try to pass through it. The rolling stock can't get on the tube leg, it gets stuck on it. Just like my first Xiaomi robot, the S50, even though it had a laser. Anyway, like all the other machines, this one also copes with 2 cm thresholds.
Lately, I've been writing tests that I've been in debt for a long time, and this vacuum cleaner test is also like that, because I've been using this machine for months. What is interesting about this is that I am writing the test in such a way that I had plenty of time to experience everything about the machine, and these experiences are certainly very good!
The fact is that it has already experienced rough situations, to say the least, I put it in the attic on the concrete to collect a lot of cement dust, because it comes down into the apartment. Well, it's a fact that I had to empty the tank three times a day, and it's also a fact that the vacuum cleaner ended up looking like it had been puked on, but it's also a fact that it wasn't up to the task.
Okay, the side brushes show that it wasn't working on a laminate floor, but I think that fits the bill, especially since it wasn't damaged to the point of needing to be replaced, it was just a little battered.
There, in the attic, there was also an obstacle course, and there were stairs on which he could have fallen, but he overcame all obstacles and did not fall. After that, I looked at the machine with completely different eyes, I suspect that the more advanced Dreame vacuum cleaner, which works in the apartment, would have bled by the end of the job.
Let's just say the Dreame was so expensive that I wouldn't even attempt something as crazy as cleaning the concrete floor of the attic with it.
So what should be the conclusion?
Perhaps the Liectroux C30B is not a smart vacuum cleaner, not a fashionable vacuum cleaner, not a vacuum cleaner blessed with a million software tricks, so I would not recommend it for larger, more complicated layouts, or for high-rise apartments or houses.
However, I recommend it for smaller apartments, not very complicated apartments and apartments where there may occasionally be larger dirt. No, I didn't mean that you're messy, but that you have, say, 1-2 children who keep bringing in the dirt or you have a long-haired dog that keeps dripping with dried mud.
I think that my decision, in addition to the vacuum cleaner, can be said to be extremely lucky, because it doesn't promise much, but what it does, it delivers in abundance and perfectly. Nowadays, that's all you can get into the price of a 60 machine. Bazi has great suction power, but the operation is a bit clumsy.
At the end, the usual, that is, where you can buy it and exactly how much it costs! If you order, it will of course be delivered from an EU warehouse. You must use the GKB231115 coupon code, the price of the machine will be HUF 60 by clicking on the following link:
