We tried: Easy TV Nomad is not just for nomads!

The TV comes to us in a fairly simple box. Simplicity in this case does not mean that there is nothing on it, but rather that it is simple compared to computer parts, it does not have Manga figures and similar brainless images on it. However, there is a lot of information next to the photo of the device, which makes it easier to make a decision if you stumble upon it in front of the shelf in the store. To be sure, the color pictograms make it attractive enough, because even if we don’t understand exactly what it means, we can guess from the large number of images that we’re buying smart stuff, smarter than, say, our washing powder.

Folding up the lid of the box, we see the TV enclosed in plastic, and in a closed section next to it we find the accessories. There is also an external antenna, remote control, AC adapter, an RCA AV cable and a headset.
The remote control is quite large compared to being added to a mobile stuff. As a result, normal rubber buttons have been placed on it, and all functions are accessible through it.

15The television is not a small thing either, as it has a 7-inch screen. Below the screen is a pair of speakers that allow you to enjoy stereo sound. On the left is only the remote control sensor, but on the right are the controls in the form of seven buttons. With these we access the menu, we can change channels, adjust the volume and of course crouch in the menu.

The connectors are on the left but on the side of the device. We find a surprising amount of things here. At the top, an LED starts the line, indicating whether the battery is being charged or already charged, or is green when it is turned on. Below that is a power button, a USB port. Then we find an AV output and input with a Jack plug solution. You can use the cable between the accessories to take the picture and stereo sound signal out of the stuff, or to display an external source, say the picture and sound of a DVD player. The bottom two locations are occupied by the headphone output and the power supply connector. There is only one connector left, it is located on the top side of the device, here we can plug in the external antenna. We have two kinds of options for this in a clever way. Either we connect the cable, to the end of which we will be able to connect the antenna stick, or we immediately connect the stick, well, we prefer to connect a stick.

The look of the Easy TV Nomad does not come as a big surprise, it can be said to be fully functional. At the same time, however, it cannot be said to be bad or crappy, not least because the plastic in the casing looks quite thick and of good quality. The switches are not overexposed and there is not a lot of idle light on the device. Absolutely good, the TV is suitable for everyday use.

I haven’t talked about one thing about the exterior yet, and that is the backrest, which is on the bottom of the back cover. When folded out, the Easy TV Nomad can be placed on the table, no need to hold hands to watch comfortably.
Let's see what the software knows!
