Introduction – or on the margin of a misunderstanding

You could see the Ausom Gosoul Pro test two weeks ago, and now you can watch the Ausom Gosoul Pro test. And there are no typos here!

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 28

What happened was that I was asked to test the Ausom Gosoul Pro, and then two days later I got a message that the 2026 version had arrived, and it would be nice if I could compare last year's and this year's models, so they sent me this one too. I was happy because such an opportunity rarely comes along, that is, to see the two stages of the codell's development side by side.

I started searching the internet for information to prepare for the job, but I couldn't find anything. I mean, nothing that would indicate that there is an Ausom Gosoul Pro 2025 and an yAusom Gosoul Pro 2026, so unfortunately I couldn't figure out what the difference between the two versions might be, or why it would be worth trying both and writing about them.

Then the 2026 version arrived, and two days later the 2025 version arrived. I looked at the boxes, still unopened, and it seemed that all the inscriptions, model numbers, and everything else were the same. There was one exception, the top speed on the older one was 20 km/h, the newer one was 25 km/h. I thought that this would be too little for a double test, so I unpacked the first scooter, the faster one. A surprisingly cool structure came out of the box, the stuff really looked surprisingly good, I didn't expect this!

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 31

Then I carried the other box out, opened it, looked inside, and it was exactly the same as the first one. At least at first glance, I thought I would see zero difference. I didn't even take it out of the box, I just reached in, checked the brake, the plate, and everything. I felt around, looked around, and thought about writing to the distributor that there was some mistake here, and that they had accidentally sent the same machine twice. Then I decided to open it and of course it immediately turned out that I was wrong. The two scooters were not identical, there were two differences between them, the first insignificant, but the second more significant.

However, it also turned out that I wasn't comparing a 2025 and a 2026 model here, there were two scooters here, both 2026. There is a difference in the name and the price, and it's not by chance. Well, after the long introduction, let's see the scooter, and then I'll come back to the differences at the end of the article!

Robust exterior and off-road genes: The construction of the Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 34

I made a little mistake in this chapter, the same thing is that the difference between the roller from two weeks ago and this one is minimal, and since I've already written a lot about it, I didn't feel like writing the same thing again, so Ai wrote this chapter for me. But. Before I hand over the floor to her, I'll describe the differences!

  1. The scooter has not one, but two motors
  2. There is a button on the left side of the handlebars that allows you to switch between single or dual-motor operation, and this will be of great importance!
  3. The steering column has been given a design cover to give the car a more serious look.

And then comes colleague Ai!

When I first opened the Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual When I opened the box, I immediately noticed the manufacturer's typical gray-orange color scheme, which gives it an industrial and sporty look at the same time.. The machine's 6061 aluminum alloy frame is extremely solid and exudes reliability at first glance.. Assembly was surprisingly smooth: all you had to do was screw the handlebars, display, and headlight into place using the included Allen keys.. The manufacturer deserves a special red point for hiding a pair of assembly gloves and spare NFC cards in the package..

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 35

The handlebar width is brutal, 72,5 centimeters, which provides a stable and comfortable grip even for users with broader shoulders.. The direction indicators integrated into the ends of the grips are clearly visible even during the day, and the palm rest design helps avoid fatigue during longer tours.. The size of the deck is also kingly: my 44-inch foot comfortably fits on its 52 x 18,5-centimeter surface, and the knurled plastic cover ensures that we don't slip even in the rain.. The kicktail at the rear not only helps with sportier driving, but the handlebar can also be hooked here when folding..

Az Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Its chassis is one of the most visible elements of the machine. Up front, we find the brand's usual stable, inverted C-shaped swingarm suspension, while at the rear, there is also a spring solution.. The spring stiffness is adjustable on both sides, so you can fine-tune the damping to your own body weight and road conditions.. The 10-inch, 8 cm wide tubeless off-road tires indicate from afar that this scooter is not embarrassed if we have to deviate from the asphalt.. The 16-centimeter ground clearance is more than enough to confidently overcome higher curbs or forest paths dotted with roots..

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 36

The folding mechanism is finally not the old screwdriver, but a modern, latched solution. After sliding a safety catch and folding the lever, the scooter can be folded in seconds. Although this is not the machine we would like to use to climb stairs to the fourth floor due to its weight of 32-33 kg, this feature is essential for lifting it into the car or storing it.. The IP54 protection is reassuring: a light drizzle or a dip in a puddle won't kill the electronics, although it's still worth avoiding a high-pressure washer..

Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual specifications

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 37

I'll take the floor now and briefly introduce the scooter!

So, if we are immersed in a sea of numbers, then the Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual Its data seems surprisingly good considering the price it is asking for. The heart of the system is the two motors, each with a nominal power of 1000 W, whose combined peak power reaches 2800 W.. That is, Peak is 1400 watts per motor. It's nice that the manufacturer describes it this way, because we often get the peak power in the specification as the real power, and then we are surprised that the scooter doesn't work as we imagined.

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 38

The smaller single-motor structure was like this, by the way, there we also get 1000 watts of real power and 28 Nm of torque, but this applies to both wheels. So we have to count on quite significant torque! The manufacturer says that this power guarantees that the Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual confidently carry its pilot up even on a 33% slope. The factory-set 25 km/h top speed limit can be unlocked with a simple software trick (just like on the smaller version), so we can reach a speed of up to 60 km/h, which is well beyond the speed I can recommend with this machine.

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 39

A 48 V, 18 Ah lithium battery is responsible for the energy supply, which means a total power of 864 Wh.. The theoretical range of 90 kilometers promised by the manufacturer is of course only understood under laboratory conditions (15 km/h, 75 kg, flat terrain), but it is still a respectable figure. You should count on half of that. A completely discharged battery can be charged to 100% in approximately 9 hours using the included 109 W charger via the protected charging port located in the middle of the deck, or more precisely, the neck..

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 40

About the stop Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual-on Mechanical disc brakes on both wheels, supplemented by an electronic E-ABS systemWhat's interesting here is that in this case both wheels are driven, so both wheels get extra braking power due to the electronic brake. Although hydraulic brakes are unfortunately a rare guest in this price range, the Bowden cable system is surprisingly well-dosed and can be operated effectively with one finger.. Nevertheless, I would rather build hydraulic brakes on a 2000 watt, dual-motor monster.

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 41

Security is also increased by NFC activation: the scooter can only be activated by touching the tag to the display or by entering a secret PIN code, which provides effective protection against unauthorized use.. The comprehensive lighting system includes a powerful front headlight, rear brake light, blue LED side strips, and handlebar-end turn signals, so you stay visible from all directions even in the dark..

Life in the saddle (or on deck): Experiences with the Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual-lal

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 43

I'm in a difficult situation because I wrote about how to ride this scooter two weeks ago. Of course, there are some differences because of the two engines, but otherwise the entire chassis and everything is the same as the single-engine machine, so I'll just write this briefly, and then I'll try to put myself in the role of an analyst. It's true, I have nothing to do with the scooter, or its capabilities. If I do, you'll be very grateful to me if I tell you everything about it. Everyone, please remember this.

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 44

Okay, so the Ausom Gosol 2 Pro During testing, I found that we get a fairly stable straight run up to a speed of 25-30 kilometers per hour with very minimal tendency to shimmy. The drive is good, the control is good, the gas is dosed nicely and delicately, the pull brake lever is very good, with this we will finally not only be able to play between zero and max torque, but there are gears. Ok, I know, it's stepless, but understand, you can go slow with it, at medium speed, and fast, and you feel the throttle really well while doing it.

Basically, the Ausom Gosol 2 Pro testing and Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual The testing also took place in this spirit and atmosphere, it was nice to go with him!

And now for my excuses, there aren't many of them.
I think my most basic problem is that the manufacturer wanted to skin this fox in two. That's why we got both single- and dual-motor versions, but there's no difference between the two, the dual-motor version comes with the same brakes and chassis, while being significantly stronger and significantly faster. And I don't think this is good, just as it's not good that the battery capacity hasn't changed, even though the dual motor consumes twice as much electricity.

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 45

This sounds crazy so far, but it's not that crazy (in my opinion) and I'll explain why! I'm not a refugee, just skip the next few paragraphs.

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 46

So I think it's really time to get your heads straight about using scooters, because I still see on the internet that most people live in the fascination of top speed. I read opinions like: What, it has two motors, 2800 watts of peak power and it only goes at sixty? What a load of crap, I'd rather buy the XY scooter, because it's just as powerful, a little more expensive, but it also goes at 75!

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 47

And when I read this, I'm scratching my head and thinking, man, are you fucking normal? With 10-11 inch wheels, a relatively narrow handlebar, mechanical disc brakes, you want to go 75? What's on your mind, cabbage soup? Have you studied physics? Do you know what happens to your body if you're stopped by the side or windshield of a car at 75? Or do you just know how long you'll slide on the asphalt when you're speeding at that speed?

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 48

There are serious problems in the minds of people here and there are serious safety issues, and only the manufacturers could help this by not allowing scooters to be unlocked. But they don't, because then the stupid kid won't buy theirs, but the one that can go 75 km/h. Of course, the legislator could also regulate this issue and say that anything that can be unlocked is prohibited from being sold in this country. Anything that doesn't have the right wheel size for the speed, doesn't have the right brakes, etc. can't be sold in this country. Anything that doesn't have the right turn signal and lights can't be sold in this country. And hip-hop, it would immediately turn out that a Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual It's not such a bad scooter, it's just not meant to be used in the way and for the purpose that a stupid kid wants to use it for.

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 49

What am I thinking?

The fact that there is a scooter here that can be switched on with the front wheel, so you can go relatively far on flat roads in single-motor mode, and you switch on the other motor when the climb comes and not when you want to speed up like a stupid kid in an illegal scooter race. So you understand, this is a really good concept, two scooters in one body with switchable dual-motor operation.

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 50

If you don't need the extra power, you can get around town with relatively low fuel consumption, but when you have to go uphill, you don't have to push it either, you can stand on it, turn on the second motor and go up the hill! Isn't that a great solution?

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 51

Maybe you understand now why I wrote that it is, that it is Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual Whether we see it as good or bad depends on the glasses we use. If we look at it as not fast enough for two motors, the battery is not big enough, the brakes are not enough, then it is a bad scooter, a bad concept. But if we look at it this way, if we don't unlock it, if we use it with the factory restrictions, then it immediately becomes clear that we bought a damn good scooter, at least in the price category we bought a damn good scooter! How different is the position of the girl?

Final Word: The Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual place under God's blue sky

I have written a lot, I hope I have managed to give you a lens through which you can realistically and specifically evaluate the Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual. I'm not saying that I've never seen a flawless, flawless scooter. But I can safely say that this scooter suited me better than the KuKirin G2 Ultra, which has very similar capabilities. I think if I had to choose which one to use, this would be the winner.

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 52

I still don't like that there isn't Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual anti-slip on the step, I still don't understand why the turn signal has to be hidden on the handlebar end, I still don't know when we'll get a dashboard that's clearly visible even in the sun, just as I don't know when hydraulic brakes will finally be standard on a scooter with such performance. These are tormenting questions and there are no answers to them. Someday.

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 53

The fundamental question, of course, is whether this machine is worth buying, and I can say a big YES to that, at least based on the short test. Then, what will happen to it after 5000 kilometers and two years of use, I don't know, but I don't think anyone knows.

We tested: Ausom Gosol 2 Pro Dual - It rattles on mountains and valleys 54

If you use it wisely, if you don't use the extra engine, the extra engine power to kill yourself with it, then you can buy a very livable and pleasant scooter, so consider that. NNNPRO Do you give it out with a coupon code? 233 000 forintot. I think there's no question that this money is well worth it!
