The cooling solutions specialist has come up with another passive solution for cooling hot-headed modules.
A Kama Wing Passive cooling, named after the metal, covers two aluminum inserts with a fold-out heat-dissipating surface, each weighing 25 grams. The experienced Japanese manufacturer promises better cooling performance as well as less interference with components integrated on the motherboard with the increased heat dissipation surface.
The aluminum novelty is expected to be available for € 7,5.
