I have to start the experience section exceptionally from the moment I unpacked the machine. What happened was that I received a completely surprising quality. The basic machine looks very good, the materials are very good, the assembly is exemplary. The battery is also a designed piece, not the usual rounded box.

The motorized floor head is also impressive in the hand. The rubber wheels are wide, and the roller brush looks very good, with the bristle strips and rubber blades arranged in a V shape. These rubber blades are not the soft ones you see on cheap machines, but rather seem strong. You probably won't have any problems with them for a long time.

So far, everything deserves a five-star rating, but there are some things I have to give a lower rating.

The first is the wall mount, which is small and doesn't seem very sturdy. It does its job, you can actually place accessories on it, but it's useless, but the savings are obvious. I'll add that I was quite careful when removing the machine from its place and then putting it back anyway, I didn't want to break the mount.

This can be said about the crevice tool and the bristle brush as well. I can't say they're bad, but the quality of the plastics is clearly cheap, you can see the welds on the plastic, so the manufacturer saved a bit on these too. Let's just say that this can't be blamed on them, because the Jigoo C200 is very cheap compared to its capabilities, the costs have to be cut somewhere.

The telescopic tube looks really good again. It looks like it's made of metal to me, but if it's plastic, it's very convincing. The lock for adjusting the length seems a bit loose, I hope it won't get messed up in many years. I haven't had any problems with it in three weeks.

What was also noticeable was that the 2,2 kilogram weight proved to be really light in practice – I didn't find it tiring to use even during longer cleaning processes. The machine is quite well balanced and doesn't put much strain on the wrists.

The 23 kPa suction power provided impressive performance in everyday life. During the tests, I tried it with various types of dirt: crumbs, household dust, and cat hair. The device coped well with all types of dirt, although it is worth using the stronger setting for carpets. The V-shaped brush system proved to be particularly effective in removing pet hair - the 35 guide teeth really prevented the hair from curling.

The battery performance generally lived up to the manufacturer's promises. In normal mode, I measured an average of 35 minutes of operation, which is close to the stated 40 minutes. In intensive mode, this dropped to exactly 16 minutes and 57 seconds without load (clean filter, etc.), which is also in line with the 15-minute value in the specification. The charging time was slightly more than the promised 4-5 hours - it usually took 5-5,5 hours to fully charge.

Now comes the error that I feel is the most significant. It's true that this is a theoretical problem, it hasn't caused me any problems, but I'm not sure that it won't be a problem in many years.

The thing is, the tank of this machine cannot be removed. The bottom can be opened, and the dirt should spill out through it, but as we are used to with machines with similar layouts, the dirt, hair and textile fibers that have accumulated on the middle filter do not always want to come out. In such cases, we are forced to remove the filter in the middle of the tank as well.

And here's the problem.

The filter can be removed with a third of a turn. The problem I see is that this filter is held in place by 3 very tiny tabs, which is not a problem right now, but I am not sure that with frequent use and frequent filter removal, it will not wear out and break. If so, this will be a problem that is difficult (if at all) to fix.

I find this particularly problematic because I can't really get into the vacuum cleaner itself. It sucks well (I did the usual tests, watch the video!), the filter system is also adequate, the noise, at least on the lower setting, really varies between 69 and 72 decibels. I'll note in parentheses that on the higher setting it's more like 80 decibels, and since the decibel value does not increase linearly, but exponentially, I wouldn't call the Jigoo C200 quiet at all.

However, we cannot ignore the device's weaknesses. The plastic quality of the accessories could be better, and the wall mount could be more stable.
