MIUI 12 is here, you may already be able to use it

Xiaomi's popular Android-based but significantly different interface offers plenty of new features in every new version. Because of this, users are eagerly awaiting updates. Unfortunately, Xiaomi, being a Chinese company, is always releasing the new software version on its mobile phones in the first round. This is problematic for two reasons. One is that it only includes Chinese and English, the other is that the full Google suite is missing.

Fortunately, Xiaomi EU from time to time makes a Global release of Chinese software, transforming the Chinese version quite precisely as if it were a Global version. They include the missing languages and services, replacing the Xiaomi Ai solution with a Google assistant. Thanks to them, for example, the Xiaomi Mi PAd 4 is available in a global version because the tablet was originally intended only for Chinese customers.

The global version of the MiUI 12 made by Xiaomi EU can be downloaded for no less than 28 Xiaomi devices, the list of phones is below:
  • Xiaomi Mi 6
