IBM 48-Hour Programming Championship
Members of the top three will win Lenovo notebooks, but valuable special prizes can also be expected. The competition is open from September 5 to October 7.
The organizers provide each team member with a machine on which the IBM tools to be used (Rational Application Developer, WebSphere Application Server, DB2 Express-C) have been previously installed. A workable Java-based solution based on these tools must be demonstrated on one of these machines! Use of any development environment (IDE) or application server or portal other than those listed above is not permitted.
With a job offer and the opportunity to participate in a trainee program, the organizer and sponsors may contact any competitor participating in the tournament regardless of their placement in the competition, however, neither participation in the competition nor access to any placement constitutes an automatic job offer or trainee program opportunity.
