Headset, speaker pair and a sound card from MSI
MSI's new audio products are combined with the Syren series.
A Syrenphone gaming The headset has an impedance of 50 and the noise-canceling microphone has an impedance of 680 ohms, the former having a frequency range of 10 to 20000 Hz and the latter a range of 50 to 16000 Hz. The headset comes with a gold-plated USB connector and volume control, and its 40mm speakers feature neodymium magnets.
A Syrenspeaker mini speakers can be paired with portable devices, come in white and black, with a USB connection, digital amplifier and one and a half inch neodymium magnets. The 2 × 1 W, 50 mm × 50 mm × 50 mm speakers are blue when switched on and come with a carrying case, so the mobility of the product is certainly not compromised.
A Syrensound X-Fi It fits into a PCI Express x1 slot, is based on the Creative X-Fi CA0110 chip and EMI Shield, which is responsible for minimizing electromagnetic noise. The sound card supports 8 channels, operates at a signal-to-noise ratio of 104 dB, and boasts knowledge of sound quality-enhancing technologies such as X-Fi CMSS-3D, X-Fi Crystalizer and EAX Advanced HD, according to the sound processor’s knowledge base.
MSI has not revealed the time to market for Syren series products, nor how much we will be able to buy them for.
