AMD's range has been expanded with a slimming Sempron processor

The latest processor in the Sempron family has extremely low power consumption and corresponding performance.

Boasting a power consumption of just 9 watts, the AMD Sempron 2100+ processor is primarily With M690 chip sets may appear paired in future notebooks. A 64-bit CPU with perfectly sufficient power for office tasks can accordingly be inserted into a Socket S1 socket, thanks to its low power consumption and heat generation, no fan cooling is required.
