The recently introduced device has been modified at several points by the manufacturer.
The wrinkle stitching left most of the components of the device, which debuted a few months ago, untouched, so the intervention seems much more like a major correction than a timely update of the hardware. Either way, the X340 has changed for the most part: the list of what’s new includes a more comfortable keyboard, a reduced purchase price, and an 8-cell battery. The latter modification proved to be very useful, as with the new energy source, the operating time of the device, according to the manufacturer, jumped to about 8 hours 48 minutes, which is definitely a remarkable performance in this category. The only downside to using an extra-capacity battery is that the weight of the machine has increased somewhat, however, this compromise seems amply acceptable in light of the value obtained. It is commendable that the new battery can also be purchased by users who own the first series X340, for a price of approximately HUF 19.
MSI is asking for approximately $ 340 (approximately 799 forints) for the wrinkled X153, which, considering the previous purchase price of $ 899, seems to be a particularly sympathetic move on the part of the manufacturer.
