BLUETTI showcased its latest innovations at IFA in Berlin, including the AC500+B300S combo, the AC200 series, and most importantly, the long-rumored solar system-EP600+B500, a three-phase system with a 6kW inverter and has a maximum LFP battery capacity of 79 kWh.

Flexibility is always the number one priority in BLUETTI's innovations. Since the introduction of the AC300+B300 system in 2021, BLUETTI has started to make its premium solar systems modular, which ensures extreme versatility and compatibility. The latest EP600 and B500 inherit this fine tradition.

What is the EP600 solar system?

The modular design of the EP600 significantly reduces overall weight and size. Inside, we find a massive 6000W bi-directional inverter for AC input and output, which provides 230/400V AC power to power almost any household electrical appliance with ease. In addition, the EP600 supports up to 6000W of solar input in the 150V to 500V range.

As an extension battery, the B500 is tailored to the EP600 system. It features 4.960 Wh ultra-durable LFP battery cells, an aluminum alloy finish and the exact same size as the EP600. Each EP600 supports up to 16 battery modules, resulting in a total capacity of 79,3 kWh, which can cover your home or off-grid energy needs for days or even more than a week! The EP600 and B500 can be stacked neatly, saving a lot of space indoors or outdoors. Whenever power is needed, the BLUETTI EP600 system is ready to help.

Why is the battery so important in a solar system?

In general, a solar system includes solar panels and a solar generator with built-in or expandable batteries.

Solar panels efficiently collect sunlight and convert it into electricity that can be stored in batteries for later use, making it possible to use solar energy even after sunset or on cloudy days. It also offers a budget-friendly solution to access sustainable energy while reducing the carbon footprint of our planet.

So, if you want to get rid of high electricity bills or just prepare for unexpected power outages or natural disasters, this EP600 energy storage system will be the solid backup power source you can always count on.

What makes the EP600 system outstanding in the market?

The home energy storage system has been in place for years and has authentically changed our lives. Many varieties and sizes are now available.

Compared to other solar generators on the market, the EP600 has a hybrid inverter system, which means all you have to do is connect the solar panels to the solar generator. No need for multiple solar inverters or MPPT controllers.

Availability and price

According to reports, some countries and territories have taken drastic measures to alleviate the energy crisis affecting Europe, especially for the coming winter.

To help ease the energy shortage, BLUETTI officials say the EP600 and B500 systems will be available in Europe, the UK and Australia soon before winter arrives this year.

Pre-ordering is expected to start before November on BLUETTI's official website.

As for prices, although not yet finalized, a highly recommended combination – EP600+2*B500 – will cost €8, said James Ray, BLUETTI's marketing director. He also said that this combo contains everything a consumer could need.
