Teclast, little known to us, is one of the largest tablet manufacturers in remote China.
Experts say the tablets are grated, they die out pretty slowly like dinosaurs. Though they once predicted a great future for them, it is a fact that the ever-expanding size of the phones ’display has made tablets a little redundant. At least the smallest ones, because a powerful 8 or 10 inch machine still makes sense.
Teclast's new machine is one of the larger, ten-inch pieces, so we think it's good to travel, for example, so you don't have to carry a notebook with you. This machine is suitable not only for the display but also for the hardware inside. The central unit is the MediaTek Helio X27, which employs no less than 10 cores, two of which are the combo ARM Cortex-A72, which sits in the top cluster and throws in their power when launching performance-intensive applications. These cores can spin at up to 2,6 GHz.
The modern central unit also includes a modern GPU. The power of the ARM Mali-T880 MP4 also makes the board suitable for running the latest games on it. This much muscle is needed anyway because the display is outstanding not only in terms of diagonal but also in terms of resolution. The Sharp panel, which operates in bright colors, has a resolution of 2,5K, or 2560 x 1600 pixels. Multitasking is aided by 4 GB of RAM, and the built-in storage is 64 GB.
Of course, the tablet has Bluetooth and wifi, but we also find 4G support in it, it's true, the B20 is missing, so we can enjoy the speed of 3G mobilnet at home in a good case. From a modern tablet, at least in this category, GPS can no longer be left out, so the structure is even suitable for navigation. Another good news is that we also find a fingerprint sensor on the back, as well as the fact that there is a camera not only on the back but also on the front, even with a 13 megapixel sensor in both places.
It’s very worth talking about the exterior, the pictures say more than a thousand words anyway. I don’t think there will be a complaint in this area, nor in the area of the battery, because the large 10-inch tablet has an 8400 mAh power source.
