BMAX Y11 Plus 2-in-1 notebook already has the new Intel procival
BMAX machines are becoming more popular, largely because of 2-in-1 machines.
One of the first notebooks I could test out of the Chinese market was a BMAX, and it has proven so much that it has lived with us ever since. But time is running out, the caravan is moving, and the processors are evolving. Today, Intel’s N4xxx series is starting to run out to give way to the N5xxx series.
The turbo clock has risen in the new proci and a new generation of graphics core has been packed into them. The older UHD Graphics 600 was replaced by a more advanced copy with a higher base and turbo clock. Of course, the bandwidth has also changed, instead of the older 14, the novelty is already made at 10 nanometers, so it consumes less and produces less heat at the same clock. More good news is that the integrated memory controller can handle up to 16GB of DDR4 memory.
BMAX has also thrown itself into the new proc and launched the BMAX Y11 Plus. As the name suggests, this is a notebook with an 11-inch display, at least until it's completely folded out, because then it'll be a Windows tablet with an 11-inch display. The new proci is of course Windows 11 compatible.
The BMAX Y11 Plus has 8GB of memory and 256GB of storage. The display is IPS, the resolution is of course FHD, the touch-sensitive surface of the display can distinguish 10 fingers at a time. The mass storage is SSD, with a capacity of 256 GB. The battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh.
