Introducing: LEPA G900, power supply for big cats
When expensive power comes to us, it’s mostly due to Bluechip. That’s why I wasn’t even surprised when a large but mostly heavy black box was pressed into my hand, saying I’d write a few sentences about it.
I turned the box in amazement, the LEPA brand didn’t say too much. True, I just had to flip back through the HOC to have some idea of where the structure came from.
Well, LEPA is the new brand name of the Enermax manufacturer. They also include NAXN, so three names can be associated with the same manufacturer. While in the case of NAXN, the goal was clearly not to ruin the Enermax name with cheaper units, with LEPA, I have no idea what they want. At first glance, it didn’t even seem like a bad piece, once I disassembled it was already sure to be a quality unit.
Yes, but under the name Enermax we usually find quality units, moreover, from the middle category to the top, see the one presented here (http://hoc.hu/Egyeb-Vas-Cikkek/Bemutatjuk-Enermax-MAXREVO-eromu-a- javabol.html) Maxrevo. The question, then, is where LEPA fits into the picture. The Enermax name may remain the mid-range in the future, or LEPA may become the mid-range brand, but in the end, although it wouldn’t make much sense, the two brands could run side by side in the same market segment.
