Introducing: Kolink - Gamer houses

As you may have read in the introduction, the gamer house is a special kind of animal. In terms of features, it’s not more than a well-equipped house, but the exterior is usually special. What did we get from Kolink compared to that?

One would think that the Kolink gamer philosophy is completely different from the one described above, although this is far from the case. Moreover, it essentially accurately reflects that, since in the case of the two nooks with the same interior, we found essentially nothing unusual, anything that would have differed from an average Kolink house. What makes a gamer then? Well, from the front panel, which certainly got a pinch of spice, just enough to make it desirable, but not kitschy. So the gamer approach is there, no difference in price from similar products, only the design.

The third house sticks out of line a bit and in the right direction. It’s a particularly inexpensive construction, and compared to that, we’ll find extras like space for side panels up to 14 inches, screwless optical drive mounting, a factory-installed front fan, and space for an SSD. If even the top cover had been given fan space, we could say it’s a kitschy good house, and not just for its price.

As for the three houses, there is no fault with them in terms of ventilation. A separate fan can cool the drives, separate the area around the processor on the motherboard, and we also find a built-in space on the back where heat can escape from the case. Of course, these houses will not be the favorites of the tuning crazy people yet, but in addition to average use, they can maintain the right temperature even on the hottest summer days.

All in all, it can be said that the Kolink houses we are now examining continue to fit into the company’s product line in both knowledge and, perhaps more importantly, price. The CXA-A30-450-12 and CXA-A32-450-12 are old with 450 watt power supply, but the retail price can still be below 10 thousand forints. The retail price of the CXA-SA01, which we like best, but without a power supply, can be as low as 7000 forints, which is really not a lot of money for such a house.

Who do we recommend these houses to? The two-power solution is essentially for anyone. They even go to the office, as the front has become really flashy. However, we dare to recommend the house without power to the first gamer house. It will fit everything, it doesn't hang out with the exterior, especially the more expensive solutions, and we can even build an SSD system.

CXASA01

The AA CXA-A30-450-12 and CXA-A32-450-12 housings are therefore completely average, but the CXA-SA01 fits well into the recommended category!
