Proscenic was one of the first to do what I, personally, have been waiting for for a long time. He made the self-emptying stick vacuum cleaner, where we no longer have to worry about the small dust container, nor do we have to empty it every day.

Robot vacuum cleaners and stick vacuum cleaners have, or have slowly had, an unpleasant common feature. Yes, the small dust container. Although it is a cubic centimeter larger than that of stick vacuum cleaners, the metal filters used due to the lack of a dust bag do not like it when the tank is full. Machines don't suck like that.
As much as I love robots and upright vacuum cleaners, I've always hated emptying the canisters every day. Because what kind of robot is it that, if I want to use it, I always have to empty it after I get home from work. If I didn't do it, I completely forgot, and the next day the machine couldn't clean anymore.
The problem is also annoying with stick vacuum cleaners. Somehow I never pay attention to how much dirt is in the tank when vacuuming. I take out the machine because I want to quickly vacuum the kitchen while cooking, and then it turns out that it doesn't suck. Okay, rush to the trash can, empty the tank, the metal filter is full of dirt, so it's not enough to take out the big one.
I've been using one since the first self-emptying robots arrived. The coveted autonomy is finally here, I don't even have to smell the machine for weeks, it's enough to change the dust bag in the dock every month and a half. A real dream!
So, for this reason, I was already waiting somewhere for the manufacturers of stick vacuum cleaners to recognize the opportunity for development. Yes, you need a dock that can empty the dirt from the vacuum cleaner! MUST!
It's a bit strange that Proscenic was one of the first. The company makes good mops, but let's face it, not top quality. Anyone who has ever held a Xiaomi or a Shunzao in their hands knows that Proscenic is a very honest, very well-functioning, but also cheaper category.
Let's say that in terms of suction power, they have overtaken many more famous manufacturers, but suction power is a value that is difficult to check, and where it is measured differs from manufacturer to manufacturer. Some are directly in front of the engine, some are at the inlet of the dust container, and some are at the end of the long intake pipe in front of the motorized head.
Perhaps I don't need to say that the latter would be the correct measurement method that really informs the customers precisely, because the suction power of the engine is in vain if the air path is so damaged that not much of this power reaches the end of the intake pipe.
Well, coming back to Proscenic, the suction power given by them is approx. I have it. Of course, I didn't measure it, only experience tells me, but what is written as 30 Pa is surely at least 000-26 Pa wherever we measure it. So that's usually not a problem.
What makes you feel cheap is the quality of the materials used. The plastics are a little more creaky and noticeably thinner, the assembly is not always as precise and accurate, the buttons can wobble a little more, so you get the feeling that this is not an expensive machine.
But, despite this, many people like and praise Proscenic because it doesn't want to look like anything else. Just for a company that manufactures cheap machines with an extremely good price-value ratio, from which we then get great ovens, vacuum cleaners and a lot of other things.
Well, maybe you already understand why it is surprising that Proscenic was one of the first to launch a stick vacuum cleaner with top capabilities!
Okay, so what do we need to know about the Proscenic DustZero S3?
The vacuum cleaner can be considered a relatively traditional Proscenic machine, of course of a better kind, because here we already have a suction power of 30 Pa. The motor is 000 watts, and the battery allows up to 450 minutes of operation on a single charge. This battery can of course be removed, replaced, and can probably be repaired by experts.
The filter system of the machine has 5 layers, which is usual for better vacuum cleaners. Manufacturers always write a value of 99 or 99,9 percent for the efficiency of the filter system, but I suspect that this is only to avoid the possibility of a lawsuit. They can't write a hundred, because what if a speck of dust gets through the system that shouldn't have.
However, the top dust absorption is indicated by the fact that in this machine, in addition to the 5-layer filter system, we also get a UV light sterilization, that is, the incoming dirt is sterilized in the docking station with ozone and UV light.
Returning to the operating time, I think it is extremely important to note that we have the automatic mode, which I think is the holy grail of these stick vacuum cleaners. The fact is that even though the manufacturers write a long, in our case 60 minutes operating time on their machines, this is not nearly true, or only with low suction power and without using the motorized head. Because the battery is small.
It can't be big, because then the machine would be heavy. So you need to get a lot of operating time out of the small one, and the automatic mode is the best solution for this.
The machine detects when a carpet is being vacuumed and increases the suction power. More expensive machines already have a number of dust sensors that detect the dust content of the incoming air and adjust the speed accordingly. So there are already good solutions, but the point is that the vacuum cleaner only runs at full speed when it is needed. When you don't have it, be frugal.
Well, the Proscenic DustZero S3 can be frugal if we want it to be, AND WE WANT IT TO!
Well, what else do we get? It is very good that the long suction pipe is telescopic, which means that its length can be adjusted. It is very good, although not special, that we get a display. It's not so good that we don't get a small motorized head for upholstered furniture in addition to the vacuum cleaner and the small hairy head, and the large motorized floor head. I don't feel this is a good decision, since this vacuum cleaner is the manufacturer's top product at the moment.
Let's move to the dock!
Normally, I don't deal with this much, since the variance is about whether it stands on the ground or is screwed to the wall, and whether it can charge the machine or not.
Of course, the situation is completely different with the Proscenic DustZero S3, because there is also a vacuum cleaner in the dock.
The Proscenic DustZero S3 dock looks even better than the machine itself. The base is large and has a weight to prevent it from tipping over. Essentially, the machine has to be hung on top of the docking station, which sucks out the dirt from the vacuum cleaner's tank after vacuuming. There is no switch or other controls, there is an indicator LED that shows the saturation of the dust bag.
The fact that you have to plug a cable into the dock is probably not surprising, since it has a motor inside. It should also come as no surprise that if the dock is already powered, you can also charge the vacuum cleaner while it is resting on the dock. In other words, if we have to vacuum, there is a good chance that the battery will always be full when we lift the machine from its place.
Even the plastics in the dock are somehow different. Everything fits nicely, the door of the dust bag fits neatly into place, the plastics are also thicker, really, as if the dock and the vacuum cleaner were not manufactured by the same company. I could easily imagine this dock under a Shunzao.
So overall, the skills are OK or very OK. Despite the great knowledge and many abilities, this is still a Proscenic, with all its advantages and disadvantages. The suction is fine, the dock is very fine, I already like the telescoping rod, so it's all good as it is. Especially for the money they are asking for it, but let's not rush ahead like that!
What was it like to vacuum with the Proscenic DustZero S3.
Well, the machine itself, as I have written several times, is a Proscenic. Its use is also the same, It is not perfect, there are minor flaws, but no major ones.
The motorized head is good, I like these slightly hairy brushes, suitable for hard floors and carpets as well. It's a bit like winter tires on cars. The machine is not loud, or at least not annoyingly so. We have a low and a high rev between the modes, and there is also the aforementioned holy grail, the automatic mode.
Actually, there aren't too many things that I didn't like.
One is the power button, which is in such a stupid place that we need our other hand to start the machine. So you see, it's usually enough to hold it with one hand, pull a trigger with your index finger or press a button and you're good to go. Here, the power button is on the top of the machine, which I can't reach with any of my fingers, I have to use my other hand to start the vacuuming.
What's good is that at least the switch between gears is done on the touch-sensitive surface at the end of the machine, which I can reach with my thumb.
The dust container is easily removable, although it is held in place by rather small tabs. In the same way, the lid of the tank does not seem like some crazy strong solution. I note that you will not open this, because when you put the machine in the dock, it opens automatically.
It's a bit interesting that even though the door opens, the dock only sucks out the dirt if you hold down the button at the end of the vacuum cleaner (which can also be used to switch between operating modes). In this case, the suction starts and the dirt is transferred from the dust container to the dust bag.
So there's really nothing wrong with this machine except for the placement of the power button.
Overall, I really can't say anything bad about it. The handle is also comfortable, the weight distribution works for me, it doesn't pull, it twists my wrist, the motorized floor head is also efficient, that is, the vacuum part is good, if not perfect.
The dock, on the other hand, is really flawless, it works well, it looks good, it's convenient to use, in short, it's perfect!
And then, at the end of the day, what is the price, i.e. how much does the convenience of not having to constantly empty and clean the dust container cost? Of course, I received a coupon along with the article. Of course, the machine will be sent from the Czech warehouse if you order it. Of course, you don't have to expect customs fees or VAT. The former was done by the dealer when he brought it into the EU, and the latter is included in the price.
This price is the BG2b80c1 with a coupon code ~ HUF 89 (may vary depending on the exchange rate), which would be a lot for a simple Chinese stick vacuum cleaner, but we're not talking about an average machine here, are we? Rather, I leave it up to you whether the really extremely comfortable use is worth the premium you have to pay compared to peers of similar strength. Just as it was worth it for me with my robot vacuum cleaner, it would be worth it here as well, because with this docking and dust bag solution, the use of the standing vacuum cleaner will be perfect.
