Is Android running on ASUS 'new Tablet PC?

Already since December last year, rumors have been circulating about a new ASUS machine that the manufacturer wants to launch for less than $ 500.

At CES, the machine was also on display in a display case. More specifically, according to the caption next to it, this is just a concept, meaning that the final version may not be exactly like this. According to the said rumors, the machine will have a Tegra-based central unit, which will receive a multitouch display. Another interesting thing is that according to the video found on jkkmobile, there is an Android button on the machine, which makes it likely that the operating system will be the work of Google, and as such, will probably exit the PDA / smartphone line with this machine first.

The machine seems interesting in any case. Clearly, it’s not for gamers, it’s more of a work-oriented structure, as control is entirely through the screen, and neither the CPU nor the operating system will be suitable for a gamer platform. In any case, it will be an interesting endeavor, as the low price could also subvert the market for book readers.
