TakarékPont is the main sponsor of the 32nd Hungarian Press Photo Exhibition

The network offered a special prize to the most talented applicant in the category of photojournalists under the age of 30.
The TakarékPont network is the main sponsor of the 32nd Hungarian Press Photo Competition and Exhibition, the largest army review of the Hungarian photojournalist profession, which can be applied for online from 2013 December 14.

From the works submitted to the competition, a jury of five well-known photographers will select the artists worthy of the grand prize and special prizes. This year's reviewers are Stéphane Arnaud, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of AFP Photo, Hannah Hess, EPA Photo Editor-in-Chief, Péter Máté, Hungarian Nation's photojournalist, Zsófia Pályi, Origó's photojournalist and Radu Sigheti, Reuters' chief photojournalist in Romania.

“For TakarékPont, the main value of the exhibition series, which has been held for 32 years, is the age-old imprint that we can leave for the future through photographic documentation. In recent years, the Network has placed a strong emphasis on encouraging young people, helping their clients with both life management and finance. That’s why we decided to support the exhibition series and reward the under-30 category. ” - said Szabolcs Brezina, Deputy CEO.

The award ceremony of the 32nd Hungarian Press Photo Exhibition will take place on March 2014, 28 at the recently opened Capa Contemporary Photography Center. According to tradition, next year the traveling exhibition will be available in several cities of the country.
