At first glance, the Watch 9 looks like a classic model, which stems from the fact that it has a traditional dial and pointer. By definition, in the absence of a digital display, we can read the usual information not from our watch, but simply from our smartphone. Incidentally, these data refer to roughly the following things: pedometer, heart rate measurement, and regular sleep monitoring are also part of the repertoire. Let’s say the fact that a heart rate monitor is a software solution, so it can’t really be taken seriously in this form.

What else does the smartness of Watch 9 show? On the one hand, it warns with vibrations when a notification has been received on our mobile phone, and on the other hand, the incoming call jumps to “CALL” when there is an incoming call, even to “MSG” when SMS arrives - these markings are on the dial on a semicircular scale. Speaking of pointers, it’s a practical thing to see in the dark thanks to the phosphorescent coating. The ultra-durable sapphire crystal glass and stainless steel housing are also good things, but the silicone strap might be worth replacing with a leather copy because it can presumably emphasize the beauty of the gadget even more.

The energy hunger of the watch is covered by a CR2032 battery, which provides a minimum of six months and a maximum of one year of operation, depending on usage, and then we need to replace it. Based on user feedback, the widget actually has a weak point, which is nothing more than a support utility. The evaluation of the Lenovo Watch app is, to put it mildly, mixed, some are doing very well with it, and still others have had very serious complaints.
