Corsair has come up with another Builder series of power supplies

The new products meet the criteria for 80 Plus certification and are equipped with a 12-volt branch.

Corsair has expanded its series of power supplies called the Builder with three new members bearing the V2 distinctive mark. THE CX430 V2, CX500 V2 and the CX600 V2 - as can be easily deduced from their name - they have 430, 500 and 600 Watt output power, have been 80 Plus certified and support the ATX12V v2.3 standard. The active PFC novelties were given a piece of 12-volt branch where they could squeeze 28, 34 and 40 Amperes. The 150 × 86 × 140 mm products will, of course, have the usual protection functions (overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, etc.), in addition to a three-year warranty on store shelves, expected later this month. The time interval (MTBF) between the two failures was set by the manufacturer at 100.000 hours.

The CX430 V2, CX500 V2, and CX600 V2 are priced at $ 49, $ 64, and $ 74, respectively.
